Fred Collins is a performer of vast experience in the art of Circus. He is a stilt walker, juggler, and trained clown. He has 14 years of experience teaching and is a member of the Bond Street Theater Coalition. His motto is “Comedy is concentration.” His performance group, Two Too Far, includes the study of clown cultures throughout the world including the use of clowns in Native American, African and European religious events. During his workshops, students keep journals reflecting their studies, thoughts, drawings, and ideas. They also develop physical coordination, self image, observation, and communication skills.  His workshops can be teamed with a writing workshop where students write limericks and jokes to create an original clown comedy script to be performed.
