In true native New Yorker-style, Julie has always taken an unusual path to reach her goals. After completing her BA and MA in Communications at the University of Alabama, Julie began her career as a public relations professional at the legendary King Biscuit Flower Hour Records. After having a glimpse of the world of events through her PR contacts, Julie changed career course and began working in Corporate Event Production at Jack Morton Worldwide. Eager to have more responsibility and learn more about the inner workings of a business, Julie joined DEVLINHAIR Productions, Inc. where she quickly rose through the ranks from receptionist to office manager to Vice President of Project Management. Julie has helped DEVLINHAIR expand the services they are able to provide their client base and as EVP heads up production and operations, overseeing all vendors and ensuring DEVLINHAIR is compliant with all their clients’ needs. In her free time, Julie enjoys live music, whether it’s playing the piano or going to see her favorite bands, live theatre and is an active volunteer member of NY Cares. Julie is also a fitness enthusiast, currently training for her 2nd half marathon and studying to become a spinning instructor.
